We went to Fontainebleau Forest a few weeks ago which has lots of boulders for a walk and to meet up with friends for a picnic.
Ruby loved it - we have never seen her so animated on a walk and she was happily jumping from boulder to boulder without a care in the world, all the while Matt and I repeatedly saying ''careful''!
We did another walk last weekend which was pleasant though lazy in taking pictures!
The weather has been boiling hot these last few days - causing Ruby great anxiety as usual. She has her paddling pool so its not like she cannot keep cool.
I am off to Toulouse to stay with our friend Anita who dog sat for us last year - I am very excited at this trip but dreading the 6 hour train journey wearing a mask! Plus it will be about 30c for the next few days.......
Matt will stay at home working and caring for Ruby. Our moving plans are in place and we leave this house on 30th July.
I walked with a friend and her 4 children (plus labrador) this morning and we came across a stag beatle!
