Fontainebleau forest

The last weekend out in the camper van this year was in November - we spent two nights in the forest of Fontainebleau which, although the weather was rather cool and overcast, was very beautiful.

There are lots of boulders here and its a popular place for climbers

Ruby enjoyed a long walk 

Although it was cold and rained when we left it was a welcome break.  Not much of an update but we will try and do one soon - after Christmas I suspect!

Generally Matt is busy with work - he has moved into an office with two French officers which will make him speak french all day now.  Rather him than me!

I am making small progress as have lost 'the fear' and just go with it now.  Even tried speaking to someone on the phone yesterday - epic fail!  But I tried so Matt is now having to make the appointment for me!

Matt is training for a 45km Ultra run which is in March and I was training for the Paris Half Marathon but issues with my knee have continued so am now waiting for an MRI scan.

Ruby is enjoying Paris still especially when Charles takes her out.  I think she loves him more than us!
