Baby Ava - wearing her new Ice Skate booties
Looks like I was quite wrong about the weather warming up etc - as you can see from the photo's, yesterday it was glorious and sunny, today 8cm of snow in a couple of hours and yet already melting. The weather here is just bizarre. Even the Canadians just shrug when you ask what's going on!
I have added a picture of my friend Alice's baby (Ava) who is wearing some ice skate booties made by my mum. She loved them and promptly put them in her mouth as soon as she could. High praise indeed!
